The closing of the Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla 2012 on September 30th, will be preluded by a flash mob – Plaza Nueva, Saturday September 29th, 13:00 hours.
A flash mob is a public gathering of complete strangers, usually organized via the Internet or mobile phone, who perform an unusual or pointless act for a brief time and then disperse again. In this case, the act will be a dance.
The piece, a 4-minute choreography by the dancer Rafaela Carrasco, is based on ´Nadie lo sepa´, tangos by Fernando Terromoto.
The same piece will not only be danced in Seville. It will be performed at the same time and day in various cities all over Europe, such as Rome, Milan, Budapest and Ljubljana.
